Steaming
  1. Fill a pot with about an inch of water and place a steamer basket inside. Make sure the water level is below the basket.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the frozen broccoli florets in the steamer basket.
  4. Cover the pot with a lid and steam the broccoli for 5-7 minutes or until it is tender and bright green.
  5. Remove the broccoli from the steamer and serve with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
Boiling
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the water.
  2. Carefully add the frozen broccoli florets to the boiling water.
  3. Boil the broccoli for 3-5 minutes or until it is tender but still bright green.
  4. Drain the broccoli in a colander and shake off any excess water.
  5. Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish and season with butter, salt, and pepper.
Microwave
  1. Place the frozen broccoli in a microwave-safe dish. Add a tablespoon of water to the dish.
  2. Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small gap for steam to escape.
  3. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Check if the broccoli is tender. If not, microwave in 1-minute increments until done.
  5. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave and season the broccoli as desired.
Sauteing
  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen broccoli to the skillet.
  3. Cook the broccoli, occasionally stirring, for 5-7 minutes or until it is tender and starting to brown.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (optional!).
Roasting
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C.
  2. Spread the frozen broccoli florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and your favorite blend of herbs or spices.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Air Frying
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the frozen broccoli in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spray or drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
Stir-Frying
  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, or other aromatics and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add the frozen broccoli and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender and heated through.
  4. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and other desired sauces or seasonings.
