Cooking
Stovetop: In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add frozen broccoli. Stir gently til water returns to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 6-8 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste.
Microwave: Place frozen broccoli and 3 TBSP of water into a 2-quart microwave-safe container. Cover & microwave on HIGH 7 min., stirring once during coking. Let stand covered 4 min. Season to taste, stir and serve. (Because microwave and stovetops vary, adjusting cook times and heat setting may be required.)
NOT READY TO EAT. FOR FOOD SAFETY, COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165 DEGREES F. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. DO NOT REFREEZE.
